Data & Account Deletion

Docos.TV accounts are created from the details you provide at signup (first name, email, phone, and state/territory), stored with our email provider MailerLite. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@docos.tv from the address you signed up with, stating that you are requesting deletion.
If you signed up with a different address, tell us which email to remove.
We will verify the request, delete your data, and confirm completion within 30 days.

Self-service

You can also remove yourself from all email communications instantly using the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any Docos.TV email. Unsubscribing stops emails; to delete your stored personal data as well, email us as above.

What is deleted

Your subscriber record (name, email, phone, state/country, and consent record) is removed from our systems and from MailerLite.

What is retained

Standard server logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and fraud-prevention purposes. Anonymised, aggregated statistics may be retained indefinitely as they cannot be linked to any individual.
